The scope of work includes designing and developing a secure, responsive, and user-friendly website that enables online ticket booking, visitor registration, payment processing, and entry management. The platform will support real-time ticket availability, scheduling, automated confirmations, and digital passes for visitors to locations such as Clouded Leopard National Park, Gumti Wildlife Sanctuary, Trishna Wildlife Sanctuary, and botanical gardens. UI/UX design will focus on creating an intuitive and visually engaging interface that ensures easy navigation for tourists and efficient management tools for departmental staff. Administrative dashboards will be integrated to assist Forest Department officials in monitoring visitor data, generating reports, managing bookings, and maintaining operational transparency. The overall aim of the project is to enhance visitor experience, improve resource management, and support eco-tourism initiatives in Tripura through an efficient, technology-enabled ticketing and park management solution.
